How do I get my ticket?
Your e-ticket with PNR shows on screen as soon as you book. You can open it again any time from My bookings.
Where do I board the bus?
Boarding and dropping points are chosen at checkout and printed on your e-ticket.
Cancellations
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. To cancel, send a request from the Help page with your PNR. Nothing is charged for a booking at the moment, so nothing is refunded when you cancel.
Payments
How do I pay for a ticket?
Online payment is not switched on yet. No money is taken on this site at the moment, and you are never asked for payment details here. A booking made now gives you a PNR.
