Terms and conditions

The rules for booking and travelling with a ticket from JD Bus.

Last updated 19 September 2026

Booking a ticket

  • A booking is confirmed only when a PNR is issued. Until then seats are held temporarily and may be released.
  • Passenger name and mobile number must be accurate. The operator may refuse boarding if the details on the ticket do not match the passenger.
  • The e-ticket with its PNR must be presented at boarding, on a phone or printed.

Fares and payment

  • Fares are set by the bus operator and may change between searches until a booking is confirmed.
  • Online payment is not switched on yet. A booking made on this site is not paid for and no money is taken for it.
  • The fare shown at checkout is the fare for the seats selected.

Cancellation and refunds

  • Nothing is charged for a booking made on this site at the moment, so nothing is refunded when it is cancelled.

Boarding and journey

  • Passengers should reach the boarding point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
  • Departure and arrival times are estimates. Traffic, weather and road conditions can cause delays.
  • The bus operator is responsible for the journey, the condition of the vehicle and the conduct of its crew.

Role of JD Bus

  • JD Bus sells tickets on behalf of private bus operators. The transport service itself is provided by the operator.
  • If the operator cancels a trip, every booking on it is cancelled.

Contact

  • For any issue with a booking, send a request from the Help page and include your PNR.
